Together, we can tackle the serious problem of heroin and prescription drug addiction in Franklin County and the North Quabbin Region of Massachusetts.
National Prescription Drug Take Back Day aims to provide a safe, convenient, and responsible means of disposing of prescription drugs, while also educating the general public about the potential for abuse of medications. Last year, 912,305 pounds (456 tons) of unwanted and unused prescription medication was collected across the country.

Although not listed in the flyer, there are permanent drug take back boxes located at the Orange, Ware and Montague police departments that residents can utilize at any time.
