There can be considerable confusion about the intent of the Good Samaritan Law, which was designed to shield individuals from liability if they make a mistake when helping someone in need. Using the Good Samaritan Law is especially important when responding to overdose in a variety of settings. This session will help broaden our understanding of its aims.
